The stunning "HEAVEN" music video is OUT NOW!

I’m thrilled to share that the “HEAVEN” music video is officially out now! Please like, subscribe, comment, and share. (It won’t cost anything, and think of how nice it would be! to quote an old Windsor art installation that I used to see everywhere when I first moved here.)
It was wonderfully accidental to have this video come into my life. Wedding videographer (and a former contestant on Family Feud Canada!) Mike Teves put together this beautiful wedding video for Joey and Anna Francisco after I performed at their wedding on September 11 of last year. When I saw how perfectly the story unfolded over my music, I asked him and the couple if they were willing to let me release a music video version of their magical day, and they agreed. (Easiest music video OF ALL TIME!)
This video makes me cry. It’s so real, sentimental, heartfelt, and stunning. Seeing their real love and incredible joy on this special day, it’s hard not to feel emotional watching this. And for me, with this song being written about the anticipation of my wedding vows and my desire to create a heaven on earth for myself here and now, it just feels so perfect.
I also love that, while I’m not the focus of this video, I still have my little cameo moment - which is something that my good friend, singer-songwriter Brendan Scott Friel, has talked to me about wanting to do in music videos - have a story unfold on the screen that features just a little cameo of the artist. As someone who is increasingly trying to avoid the self-centered-ness of a lot of our pop culture, this vibe makes me super happy.
